This page explains how AfroIntelligent ("we", "our", "us") uses your data, the terms for using our services, and how you can request data deletion. It applies to our website, client portal and WhatsApp automations.

We only collect information that is necessary to provide our services, for example:

  • Name and contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp number)
  • Business and project information you share with us
  • Messages you send to us via WhatsApp, our website forms or client portal
  • Basic technical information such as IP address and browser type (for security and analytics)

1.2 How we use your data

We use this data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide our services
  • Manage projects, invoices and client communication
  • Send important updates related to your projects or our services
  • Improve our products, automations and client experience

1.3 WhatsApp & third-party services

We use the WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta Platforms) to send and receive messages. Your messages are processed by Meta according to their own terms and policies. We may also use trusted third-party providers (for example email, hosting or analytics tools) to help us deliver our services. We do not sell your personal data.

1.4 Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see section 3).

2. Terms of Service

2.1 Use of our services

By using our website, WhatsApp automations or client portal, you agree to use them only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for any content you submit and for keeping your login details secure.

2.2 No misuse

You agree not to use our systems to send spam, abuse, hate speech, scams or any illegal content. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if we detect misuse.

2.3 No guarantees

We aim for high availability, but our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We cannot guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Data deletion & access requests

You can request a copy of your personal data or ask us to delete it from our systems at any time, except where we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
