Client Responsibilities

Project Terms
Proposals and Agreements
All projects are governed by individual proposals or service agreements that outline scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. These specific terms take precedence over these general terms where applicable.
Changes and Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as specified in your project agreement. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees, which will be communicated before work begins.
Payment Terms

Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content, materials, and data you provide to us. You grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Deliverables
Upon full payment, you own all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Our Materials
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. You receive a license to use these within your project as delivered.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee that our services will meet all your expectations or that the operation of any software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the project terms. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Deliverables paid for in full will be provided to you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Western Cape Province.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
