1. Who we are

2. Use of our website

The content on this website is for general information about our services. We try to keep everything accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

You agree not to misuse this website, including (but not limited to) trying to hack it, scraping it in ways that break our hosting rules, or using it to send spam or harmful content.

3. Enquiries, quotes and projects

When you contact us through the website, WhatsApp or email, we may ask for details about your project so we can prepare a proposal or quote. Any timelines, prices or examples we share are estimates until we both agree in writing (for example by signing a proposal or accepting an invoice).

Project-specific terms (scope of work, payment schedule, ownership, support, etc.) will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement. If there is a conflict between that document and these Terms, the project agreement will apply for that project.

4. Payments and invoices

For most projects we work on a milestone basis (for example: deposit, mid-project payment and final payment on launch). The exact structure will be clearly stated on your quote or invoice.

Work on a project may pause if invoices are not paid on time. All amounts will be quoted in the currency specified on your invoice (usually South African Rand "ZAR" unless otherwise agreed).

5. Third-party tools and platforms

Our work may integrate with third-party services such as hosting providers, email platforms, payment gateways or messaging APIs (for example, WhatsApp, Telegram or Meta products).

These third-party tools have their own terms and policies which you must also follow. We are not responsible for downtime, changes, pricing or policy updates from these providers, although we will do our best to help you navigate any changes.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise in your project agreement, you will own the final designs and code delivered for your project once all agreed invoices have been paid in full.

We keep the right to reuse generic structures, components, templates and internal tools that we develop in order to work efficiently across different client projects. We may also show your project (screenshots, mockups or descriptions) in our portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Privacy and data

We take privacy seriously. Information you share with us is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver the agreed services.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with care and professional skill, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (for example, a certain number of sales, bookings or leads).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of our website or services. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the specific project or service in question.
